I’m Lisa the Finance Director and Company Secretary and I started with the OAE way back in July 2003.
On a day to day basis I crunch numbers and make sure it all adds up. I’m responsible for all matters financial such as budgets and forecasts, profit and loss statements, management accounts, audits, banking, international fx, and of course paying the musicians.
In addition to overseeing the finance function I’m responsible for all legal business requirements including managing board meetings and the AGM as well as filing company returns with various government bodies.
For some reason I also seem to do all the management j.o.b.s. no-one else wants to do such as overseeing facilities and IT…
